Valve Module

The TM3PF pneumatic module is intended for use in automated systems and turntables for both leak and air flow tests. Its diminutive dimensions enable a high degree of proximity to the testing product, which enhances sensitivity and reduces installation times.

The TM3PF is a device that directly measures the pressure and flow rate of air through the product being tested.In particular, the TM3PF-CV is employed to measure the peak pressure that is achieved prior to the valve’s opening, as well as the pressure and residual flow that occur when the valve is opened.

PERFORMANCES

Delta For the purpose of leak or flow testing, the TM3PF pneumatic module is equipped with direct flow measurement.The product being tested (filters, taps, valves, etc.) is directly measured by the instrument in terms of pressure and flow rate. Leak or flow rate tests on small volumes can be conducted in under one second. The dislocated pressure reading of the tested product is accessible.

INTEGRATION

The TM3PF is equipped with digital I/O interfaces for PLC connection, USB/RS485 for data collection and programming, and a software program that collects and manages test data on a PC.

This instrument can be connected and controlled by any PLC and interfaced to an HMI terminal that is equipped with a USB host, Ethernet interface, and serial lines.
