Description

The CombiDancer provides the following: Solvents are evaporated rapidly and efficiently. Evaporation centrifuges are capable of achieving a rate of evaporation that is up to four times faster. For instance, it requires 20 minutes to evaporate 3 mL of Methanol per vial/well at a rack temperature of 40 °C, or 2 hours to evaporate 600 µL of DMSO per vial/well.

A wide range of racks is available to accommodate vials of varying sizes, with 24 positions and a maximum of 200 positions (dependent on the size of the vial). Additionally, MTP or DWP plate adapters are available.

After evaporation, the vacuum chamber is purged with inert gas or air.It is feasible to implement an inert gas atmosphere during the evaporation process.

A cooling coil that is heated to facilitate rapid defrosting following evaporation.

output:Technical Advantages: Various vacuum programs are available to select specific pump frequencies, including standby, continuous pump frequency to 0.6 mbar, defined pressure limit, and automatic mode with the use of pressure sensors (which prevents boiling retardation).

A rotary vane pump is an alternative option for solvents that boil at high temperatures.

The vacuum pump is connected to a 5 L PTFE-coated cooling trap. Chemically resistant stainless steel is utilized to construct the vacuum chamber.The output of the IR heater is regulated by a temperature probe located within the evaporation rack and can be adjusted between 10% and 100%.Additional electrical hotplate on the bottom, capable of reaching temperatures of 80°C.Vortex frequency ranges from 200 to 1000 rpm.

Optional: A computer is capable of operating the CombiDancer.
