The TM3PQ is a pneumatic module that is specifically engineered for direct flow measurement in automated systems and turntables. It is used for leak and flow testing. Its diminutive dimensions enable a high degree of proximity to the testing product, which enhances sensitivity and reduces installation times.

For the purpose of leak and flow testing, the Delta TM3PQ is a pneumatic module that features direct flow measurement.
The product being tested (filters, taps, valves, etc.) is directly measured by the instrument in terms of pressure and flow rate. Leak or flow rate tests on small volumes can be conducted in under one second. The dislocated pressure reading of the tested product is accessible.
The internal volume of the tested product can be controlled, and the leak rate can be measured using TM3PQ.CONNECTIVITY
The TM3PQ is equipped with digital I/O interfaces for PLC connection, USB/RS485 for data collection and programming, and a software program that collects and manages test data on a PC.
This instrument can be connected and controlled by any PLC and interfaced to an HMI terminal that is equipped with a USB host, Ethernet interface, and serial lines.
The software manager allows for the collection and management of test data, as well as the establishment of parameters, programming, and SPC analysis of test data.
