Midurethral Sling SetThe midurethral sling (MUS) is employed in the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence. The device can be implanted using both the Transobturator (TOT) and Retropubic (TVT) methods. Adjustments may be implemented up to seven days following surgery. A thin’mesh’ sling is implanted under the urethra to elevate and support the patient’s urinary incontinence complaint.
