Nitrogen Generator

Nitrogen generators are a cost-effective, reliable, and safe alternative to conventional nitrogen gas supplies, such as cylinders or liquids, as they generate nitrogen gas from compressed air.

The capacity of nitrogen generators ranges from 1 to 1800 Nm3/hour, with a purity of 95% to 99.9995%. There are 20 standard models available. Oxywise PSA generators are engineered to operate continuously. The touchscreen control is designed with a user-friendly interface and an automatic start/stop function that is determined by gas consumption.input:

The PSA Nitrogen Generator is composed of two columns that are filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS). The active column is entered by pre-treated compressed air, which then ascends through the CMS. Nitrogen passes through, while oxygen and other undesirable gases are adsorbed. The active column is subsequently fully pressurized. This pressure is released, causing the column to become inactive and undergo a complete regeneration during the depressurization process. In order to guarantee a consistent nitrogen supply, each generator is composed of two columns; one is operational, while the other is inactive. They exchange roles at the conclusion of each column’s cycle.input:
