Product summary

CompAir provides a comprehensive selection of cost-effective nitrogen generator systems from compressed air that allow users to produce their entire nitrogen gas requirement on their premises and under their own control. This solution is the perfect fit.input:
output:The on-site nitrogen generator is a highly cost-effective alternative to conventional supply methods, with a payback period of less than twelve months in many instances.input:
output:What is a nitrogen generator and how does it operate?input:
output:Approximately 78% of the air we breathe is nitrogen and 21% is oxygen. The remaining 1% is composed of small quantities of other gases, including hydrogen and neon. A nitrogen generator is capable of generating a continuous, uninterrupted stream of nitrogen gas from clean, dry compressed air. It employs a Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) bed, which allows nitrogen to pass through while oxygen and other trace gases are preferentially adsorbed.input:
output:System with two chambersinput:
output:Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) is inserted into extruded aluminum columns. A dual bed system is generated by the high density-filled columns, which are connected by an upper and lower manifold. The control system automatically switches the beds after a predetermined period. One bed is perpetually operational, producing nitrogen, while the other is in the process of regeneration. The oxygen and moisture that have been collected in the CMS stage and the optional integrated dryer stage are exhausted into the atmosphere during regeneration. The regeneration process is expedited by expanding a small portion of the outlet nitrogen gas into the bed.input:
