output:The Easy-K system is exclusively intended to detect and quantify fetal red cells in the blood through the Kleihauer test. The Jacques Boy Institute of Biotechnology has adapted, validated, and manufactured the Easy-K kit. The non-elution of fetal hemoglobin in acidic and hot medium is the foundation of this test. A heated aluminum block is employed to regulate the temperature. The thermal properties of the latter enable the precise and consistent regulation of temperature.
The thermostat operates in all-or-nothing mode, activating the heating system when the target temperature falls below a first high limit (+ 38 ° C) and resuming operation when it reaches a second low limit (+ 36 ° C).
