Description

The UV/Vis – Detektors S 4245 and S 4250 are UV/Vis detectors that are designed for sophisticated research and routine analysis. They use variable wavelengths. The dual lamp design provides a low baseline noise and a wavelength range of 190–900 nm. The flow cell that is accessible from the front can be easily replaced, as can the lamps that are accessible through a side panel in the instrument housing.S 4245/S4250 – UV/VIS detectors for routine HPLC analyses Schambeck SFDinput:
output:Integrated Wavelength Program

UV/Vis – Detektoren S 4245 und S 4250 are equipped with a wavelength program that allows for the adjustment of the selected wavelength over time. This feature enables the selection of the most appropriate wavelength for each substance under analysis based on its retention time.input:
output:Integrated Peak DetectorBasic fraction collector functions are performed by the integrated Peak Detector. The purity of the collection can be improved by freely programming the peak detection level for peak start and peak end. The fraction collection is automated with a selectable time delay, utilizing an integrated 24V output to switch a solenoid valve.input:

The S 4245 and S 4250 UV/Vis detectors are equipped with an optional second wavelength. This feature improves the Wavelength Program feature by enabling the simultaneous measurement of two distinct wavelengths. This option provides a second D/A converter output, ensuring that the system remains adaptable and can be used with any data acquisition software that is currently available.
