The NAE-0196 automatic nucleic acid extractor employs magnetic beads separation technology to transfer magnetic beads between deep-well plates that contain specific reagents and to load a disposable tip comb onto the magnetic rods. The collection, release, transfer, and incubation of magnetic beads can be achieved through the separation of magnetic rods and tip combs. It is capable of extracting high-quality nucleic acids from a variety of samples, including saliva, swabs, dry blood spots, whole blood, serum/plasma, and animal and plant tissues, when used in conjunction with GenFine’s exceptional nucleic acid extraction reagents.
Characteristics
1. Contamination controllable: the aerosol contamination can be effectively reduced by a closed enclosure, ultraviolet sterilization device, and 11-level HEPA high-efficiency air filter.
