Description

Phanta Max Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a new generation of superior enzyme that is derived from Phanta DNA Polymerase. The long-fragment amplification ability, amplification specificity, and amplification yield have been significantly enhanced by the addition of the unique elongation factor, specificity-enhancing factor, and plateau phase anti-inhibitor factor in Phanta Max, as compared to the previous generation. Phanta Max is capable of amplifying simple templates (e.g., plasmids, λDNA) up to 40 kb, complex templates (e.g., genomic DNA) up to 20 kb, and cDNA up to 10 kb with high efficiency. The amplification error rate of Phanta Max is 128-fold lower than that of conventional Taq DNA Polymerase and 6-fold lower than that of Pfu DNA Polymerase. Furthermore, Phanta Max exhibits a high level of resistance to PCR inhibitors and is capable of directly amplifying bacteria, fungi, plant tissues, animal tissues, and even whole blood samples. Phanta Max is capable of performing hot start PCR with exceptional specificity due to the presence of two monoclonal antibodies that inhibit the 5’→3′ polymerase activity and 3’→5′ exonuclease activity at room temperature. Amplification products are blunt-ended and compatible with ClonExpress and TOPO cloning kits (Vazyme #C112/C113/C115/C601).Advantages of the Productinput:
