Foot Phalange Bone Staple

Z-Staples are implants that are "all-in-one" and feature a breakable, integrated handle (single use / SnapOff). An integrated drilling gauge is located within the handle. Additionally, the proximal end of the handle functions as a striking surface for the Z-Staple. The Z-Guide Wires and the Z-Staples are packaged in a sterile manner.



In order to accommodate a broad spectrum of indications, Z-Staples are offered in three distinct sizes: "MINI," "MEDIUM," and "LARGE."

The Z-Guide Wire and Z-Staples are sterile and prepared for use during surgery.

The compression of Z-Staples is mechanically generated by the precise drilling and leg geometry.The compression will be selectively achieved in the cortex, where the bone structure can transmit the forces.Anchorage in the cortex does not result in displacement.
