The RDM-SD / SDR is designed for the packaging of high-speed products.
It is administered by the SIMOTION * system from SIEMENS *, similar to the RDM 2020. The system is secured by three levels of access and is equipped with an audit trail system for production monitoring.
It is composed of two modules that are affixed to a single frame.
The reinforced mechanics enable the use of materials with a width of up to 450mm, which can be divided into multiple tracks.
It is available in a variety of seal versions that are based on the materials that are used.
In order to be integrated into a continuous production line, it is intended to receive multiple additional control systems and be designed for high production.
Bag length can be adjusted starting at 70mm.
Bag width is adjustable, ranging from 50mm to 320mm or 450mm.It is feasible to implement multiple tracks.
