For optimal downdraft extraction of the gases, a three-part split perforated work surface (approximately 500x400mm) per side is equipped with finger holes and a rotating perforated edge (approximately 100mm wide).

Two servers are accommodated by a superstructure that includes two drawers and hinged doors.

With four spots for optimal illumination of the work area and lighting. The interior is fully wired, including data cables and outlets.

Inspection panels can be removed without the use of tools.

A water mixer with a long nose and two sinks measuring 400 x 300 x 250 (D) mm.

Sink radii must be a minimum of 25mm to facilitate cleaning.

Two flex retractable hand showers, each with a 1600mm long tubing and two spray functions (soft and no spray), are located in the center of the working area.A surface that is positioned in a manner that allows for access to all points of the work surface.

Two sprinkler systems with spray nozzles are utilized to clean the area beneath the perforated work area. The center of the exhaust duct is a dome cover.
