High-contrast images and precise detail are achieved through the use of five-layer technology. Césium lodide (Csl) scintillator, which is composed of column-like microstructures, is designed to preserve image quality. It initially intercepts the X-ray beam and converts it into visible light. The layer of fiber opticsThe sensor is shielded from direct X-ray penetration by the fibre optic plate, which collimates the radiation onto it. The acquisition device, which is the third layer (CMOS HD), converts the light into a digital image with 16,384 grey levels. The image is pre-processed and converted into a USB signal by the fourth layer. The final layer serves as a protective layer.
