A single, dedicated system for two distinct clinical fields

This system is specifically engineered for the purpose of conducting breast and head examinations. By pressing a button, the detector position in the system can be changed from head scanning to breast mode positioning.

The examination is conducted by having the patient lie down on the mattress in “Breast scan mode.” The pain is significantly alleviated by compressing the patient’s breast, a procedure that is common in PEM (positron-emission mammography) or X-ray mammography systems, and the stress on patients is reduced. The examination is a time for patients to experience complete relaxation.input:
