Slope Spectroscopy is employed by the CTech™ FlowVPE® System to facilitate online process monitoring and PAT fields. The FlowVPE facilitates innovation, provides process insights, and accelerates development by reducing risk and increasing process efficiency.



The FlowVPE System reveals process characteristics that have been concealed due to the limitations of the most commonly-used, on-line, fixed-pathlength UV-Vis solutions when it is directly integrated into one or more locations of a process stream.



The FlowVPE System is capable of performing spectral and fixed-point measurements at wavelengths ranging from 190 nm to 1100 nm, and at pathlengths ranging from 5 microns to 8 millimeters. It is versatile and can be used with a diverse array of sample types and concentrations. It is capable of accommodating flow lines of 3 mm in the lab, 10 mm in the pilot scale, and 22 mm in the manufacturing scale.input:
