With its distinctive and patented variable pathlength technology (VPT), the CTech™ SoloVPE® System unleashes the potential of Slope Spectroscopy. This variable pathlength solution is both simple and empowering, providing rapid and accurate results while avoiding costly dilution.input:
output:The data-dense slope method characterizes samples by collecting multiple absorbance data points at several pathlengths to create a section curve (absorbance vs. pathlength plot), in contrast to the single value dependence of legacy UV-Vis methods.

A real-time analysis of the section curve is then conducted to confirm that it is linear in accordance with the Beer-Lambert law. The concentration of the sample is directly proportional to the linear region of the section curve, as determined by the sample extinction coefficient.

output:Concentration results are reported by the SoloVPE System in less than 60 seconds. The SoloVPE solution is suitable for a diverse array of sample types and concentrations, as it is capable of performing spectral and fixed-point measurements at wavelengths ranging from 190 nm to 1100 nm and pathlengths ranging from 5 microns to 15 millimeters. The SoloVPE System method has been demonstrated to be precise, accurate, and robust. Consequently, it is feasible to validate it in compliance with the ICH Q2(R1) standards.
