In our selection of Mansoplint® hand therapy materials, Ohio S is a splinting material. It is an uncoated thermoplastic that is “sticky” and will readily adhere to itself. It is appropriate for a diverse array of splint styles.input:

Manosplint Ohio S is a thermoplastic that is particularly well-suited for hand splinting due to its low temperature. It is 100% memory-capable and becomes translucent when heated. When heated, this material is slightly “sticky” to the touch and will readily establish a permanent bond, as it is uncoated. This “stickiness” also assists in maintaining its position during the fabrication of the splint.input:
