Internal chamber is constructed entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel, while the external structure is composed of AISI 304 satin "Scotch-Brite" stainless steel for optimal corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.

Two lateral convective compartments with perforated walls and the positioning of the resistances in the heating pre-chamber ensure uniform heat diffusion and laminar air circulation in the internal chamber.

A complete layer of high-quality mineral fiber insulation with an appropriate thickness.

Expanded silicone rubber gasket; one or two insulated front doors, contingent upon the model.

Perforated support shelves are constructed from AISI 430 stainless steel sheet and are capable of being repositioned at varying heights.

The back of the device features a pass-through hole for the exhaust of air and fumes, as well as for any control thermometric probes (mod. SCN is the standard).
