Sterilization Cabinet

The body is composed of an anodized (10 micron) light alloy sheet named AlMg3. The internal frame is composed of two sections that are constructed from anodized light alloy profiles and nylon fiberglass rails with a stopping system. It has a useful width of 302 mm and is suitable for the placement of metal containers on shelves BLSFL3004 or polypropylene containers with lids (BGDNN…) in the absence of shelves. The double wing door is constructed with 2.5 mm bent sheet and continuous hinges. It opens at 270° and has an additional stopping position at 260° for the purpose of disinfecting tunnels. A single vertical thumb-latch hook is used to secure the door at both the top and bottom. The truck is furnished with an EPDM gasket that encircles the opening, including the door, bottom, and cover. The gasket, the central junction, and the four corners of the opening provide airtight protection during transport outside of sterile areas. Each short side is equipped with a push-handle. The bottom frame is composed of a lightweight alloy that is both strong and non-twisting. Grey rubber buffer with a non-marking surface on both the bottom and the top. Two fixed and two swiveling wheels with a diameter of 160 mm, a super elastic grey rubber ring, balls-bearings with waterproof plastic protection, and stainless steel housings.

Rails are capable of supporting a weight of 20 kg.The maximum capacity is eight sterile units. 8 polypropylene containers with dimensions of 530x325x200 mm h or 300x600x300 mm h.
