Product summary

Biological indicators Incubator GKE, or spore tests, are employed to verify the validity of the sterilization processes of chemical gas autoclaves and saturated vapor (class N, S, and B cycles).

Initially, it is imperative to place a vial in the autoclave chamber, along with the necessary instruments, and initiate the sterilization process. Upon its conclusion, activate the vial and incubate it at 57.5°C for 24 hours. The test results are determined at the conclusion of the incubation period. A positive result is obtained if the vial remains blue/purple and does not change color. A negative result is obtained if the vial changes color to brown/yellow, indicating that the sterilization process was unsuccessful.
