Description
The Fluorescein Passive Reference is designed to normalize well-to-well variations that may arise from pipetting errors or instrument limitations. It is composed of an inert dye whose fluorescence remains stable throughout the qPCR reaction. The recommended method is the collection of Dynamic Well Factors from the experimental plate, which is facilitated by fluorescein.
Eurogentec’s Fluorescein passive reference has been specifically designed for use with Bio-Rad Real-Time thermocyclers, including the iCycler iQ®, iQ5, and My iQ.
Additionally, Eurogentec has created a SYBR® Green I kit that is pre-configured with fluorescein in a MasterMix that is ready for use. An alternative option is to order a separate tube of fluorescein for use in conjunction with any of our No ROX SYBR® Green I MasterMix or Core Kits.Specificationsinput:
