Maximum cycle rates of 8 cycles per minute in cut&seal and 5 cycles per minute in MAP. Semiautomatic traysealing machines are available for a variety of preformed trays. A device that is capable of heat sealing a variety of food products in a modified atmosphere (MAP). The SMART 400 or 500 model is capable of sealing a diverse selection of trays and film in order to meet the product’s specifications.

The process commences with the insertion of trays containing the product into the machine’s cavities.

The cycle is entirely automated and is initiated by simultaneously activating the two start buttons, which will result in the subsequent sequence of operations:

The tray cavities are inserted and sealed.
Please vacuum if necessary (optional).(Optional) Perform a gas flush if necessary.

The tray is sealed with the film.

The film’s form.

Trays revert to their initial position.

The film is advanced to the subsequent cycle.

The trays are raised to facilitate the removal and reloading of the cavities during the return of the cavities to the starting position.input:
