The glenoid is traditionally the most challenging component of a reverse shoulder procedure due to the limited bone available for implant fixation, the poor visibility of the scapula for glenoid vault and glenoid version assessment, and the determination of deltoid tensioning. The surgery may become even more challenging when the glenoids are moderately to severely eroded.
