Description

The Humelock Reversed stem (120mm) was initially developed for primary reverse option and trauma application, featuring a 145° neck shaft angle. Intraoperative options are enabled by the innovative design, which provides optimal proximal fixation. It is intended to facilitate long-term fixation without the use of cement, as evidenced by its tulip-shaped shape and the plasma-sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating.input:
output:The product boasts seven cementless stem size options, ranging from 8mm to 14mm distally, as well as three distinct body sizes proximally (32, 36, and 40mm), two glenosphere sizes (36 and 40mm), an ail with a 3.5mm lateralization, six heights of UHMWPE polyethylene humerai cups, including stability and standard depth (54 combinations possible), and our first-and-only-to-market Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated alternate bearing surface option glenosphere.input:
output:The humerai cups are thermocompressed polyethylene onto an aluminum alloy shell to secure the cup to the stem with a double morse taper. This eliminates the necessity for back table assembly and potential backside wear.

The glenoid baseplate is the smallest available on the market, with a diameter of 24mm and two available options:

The central peg is available in post lengths of +6mm or +1 Omm (refer to the image). Alternatively, a central screw (8mm to 20mm) is an option that offers additional compression.

In the event of instability, our interlocking screws (18mm to 36mm) located on the distal portion of the stem provide an intraoperative option.
