The compressed air temperature is reduced by AmcareMed refrigerated dryers through the utilization of refrigerant.

At low temperatures, the water vapor in compressed air becomes supersaturated and condenses into liquid droplets. These droplets are subsequently separated from the compressed air by condensing water (including oil and dust) through an air-water separation device.Details of the Product…The AmcareMed refrigeration air dryer operates on the principles of dehumidification and freezing, and the compressed air is both hot and humid.Exchanged through the evaporator, the gaseous water in the compressed air is condensed into liquid water.
