Description
The SmartChip ND Real-Time PCR System enables you to design your own real-time PCR-based panels in a flexible manner, maintain low costs, and obtain results in under three hours. Sample dispensing and reaction mix distribution are automated for a maximum of 5,184 reactions per chip. Configurations that are customizable enable the processing of 12 to 384 assays simultaneously, contingent upon the number of targets in the panel. The system also streamlines your workflow by providing comprehensive end-to-end software for automated dispensing and qPCR analysis.
The SmartChip MyDesign Kit, which includes chips with 5,184 individual nanowells, is a component of the SmartChip ND Real-Time PCR System, which provides high-throughput genotyping and gene expression analysis. The SmartChip ND dispenser is employed to dispense samples and assays into the chips. The SmartChip ND Real-Time PCR Cycler is employed for thermal cycling after the samples and assays have been dispensed.Overview
