output:The Drugs of Abuse with Rapid Response Through the visual interpretation of color1679477216742007.jpg development on the internal strip, the Test Device detects Drugs of Abuse. The test region of the membrane is where drug conjugates are immobilized. The specimen reacts with antibodies that have been conjugated to colored particles and precoated on the sample pad during the testing process. The mixture subsequently interacts with reagents on the membrane as it migrates through the membrane through capillary action. The antibody-colored particle conjugate will bind to the drug conjugates in the specimen if there are insufficient drug molecules, resulting in the formation of a colored band at the test region of the membrane. Consequently, a colored band is visible in the test region when the urine is negative for the drug. The immobilized drug conjugate on the test region competes with the drug molecules in the urine for limited antibody binding sites if their concentration exceeds the test’s cut-off concentration.
