Pressure Control Unit

In the event of station panel board maintenance, THE EMERGENCY UNIT PANEL enables the network to be supplied through a supplying inlet, bypassing the station.

The panel includes a safety valve and one pressure switch to alert the network of any pressure anomalies.input:
output:The unit is composed of a varnished steel frame that includes the following:

.Three pieces of brass fitting comprise one general sectioning ball valve.
.1 primary network pressure-switch signaling anomaly of more than 20% on the downstream central station pressure,

.One manometer with a range of 0 to 16 bar is provided for the purpose of visual monitoring the pressure supplied by the station.

.1 emergency supply inlet in accordance with the standards of AFNOR, UNI, or NIST,

.1 safety valve is placed at 12 bar.

All components are equipped with a safety anti-return mechanism to facilitate maintenance.

Additionally, an outdoor protected box may be included in the emergency unit panel as an optional feature.

Code 2003109 Complete with a transparent window, safety lock, and components, this AISI 304 stainless steel box has been varnished.

The overall mm sizes are as follows:525 inches in length, 345 inches in height, and 160 inches in depth.
