Description
The bean bag is shaped to encase the patient on the operating table. Subsequently, a specialized suction line is connected to a valve in the bag, which eliminates all air and generates a vacuum. This forces the beads to come together, ensuring that the bag is fixed in the precise shape that was molded, and that the patient remains securely positioned throughout the procedure. After surgery, the valve is opened, allowing the Bean Bag Positioner to regain its softness and be ready for reuse. This process releases the patient.
