The Esco Medical CultureCoin® is an IVF culture dish that has been specifically engineered for the MIRI® TL. Esco Medical’s time-lapse incubator, the MIRI® TL, captures real-time images of developing embryos that can be viewed as time-lapse videos.The CultureCoin® is a gamma-sterilized culture dish that is intended for single-use. Its surfaces have been treated with oxygen plasma to effectively prevent the formation of bubbles. Embryologists can effortlessly load a total of 14 embryos into the incubator using its ergonomic design, ensuring that they can handle them safely and securely. This culture well is designed to facilitate microscopy by providing a 300µm optically clear area for embryo placement.input:

output:Instructions for Utilizing CultureCoin®Provide an aseptic environment by unpacking the IVF culture dish within a workstation or laminar flow hood.
Leave the dishes inside the workstation with the lids on for 12 hours to allow them to off-gas.
Before filling the dishes with pre-equilibrated media, either place them on a heated stage or inside a CO2 incubator to pre-warm them.
Begin filling all culture wells in the workstation with approximately 25µL of pre-equilibrated IVF culture media. Additionally, the user has the option to fill the wash wells with approximately 23µL of culture media.
