Pneumatic Sandblaster

The Microfine jet blasters provide the highest quality surface for blasting a variety of materials with all commercial abrasives ranging from 25 to 250 microns.

The device is capable of removing oxide layers from various surfaces, as well as cleaning, buffing, and polishing. The blasting unit also includes the quick-stop valve and inlet pressure control, which enables the efficient and precise application of abrasives. Water separators and filters minimize downtime and prevent unnecessary maintenance.

The heated chambers and the unique blasting principle ensure a consistent flow of abrasive, resulting in a smooth surface on blasted objects. A foot switch is used to conveniently initiate and terminate blasting. An additional nozzle is employed to eliminate abrasive material from the object. Refilling and/or replacing the abrasiveby means of the drain screw or the removable lid, media can be processed in a matter of minutes. The SANDURET Microfine jet blasters are available with 2/3/4 chambers. The unit can be preconfigured to accommodate the necessary particle sizes as an alternative. For optimal working conditions, the LED provides a bright, shadow-free illumination in the work area. The stainless steel housing is both durable and robust, ensuring that it will provide long-lasting service.

The drawer unit for SANDURET is an optional accessory that is constructed from solid stainless steel and is highly durable. It enables the rapid removal of used abrasive material.
