Product summary

Stepless control of inductive loads, including spiral conveyors, linear conveyors, and bunkers, is achieved through the use of the Powder Disperser, an electronic control unit. To safeguard the bulk material and prevent unnecessary running times of the vibrating conveyor or bunker, a level control that is oriented toward the material level is incorporated. The linear feeder's level control system scans the material level using a sensor (e.g., an initiator or forked light barrier) and activates and deactivates the feeder at the conclusion of the predetermined delay periods.

The delivery rate is adjusted by setting the magnet voltage using the setpoint potentiometer integrated into the housing cover, which operates in accordance with the phase angle principle. The setpoint voltage's control curve can be restricted by two trim potentiometers on the board, Umin and Umax, to ensure that the entire setpoint range is always utilized.

The firing pulses can be infinitely shifted within the positive or negative mains voltage half-wave by the setpoint voltage, which can be set to the desired value. This results in the establishment of the voltage-time surface of the output voltage. Feeder units with an oscillation frequency of 6000S/min regulate both positive and negative mains voltage half-cycles, while feeder units with an oscillation frequency of 3000S/min regulate only one mains voltage half-wave. A slide switch on the board is used to transition between full-wave and half-wave operation (refer to the connection options).
