Oxygen Pressure Regulator

The EasyCARE® PLUS two-stage pressure regulators are suitable for direct mounting on oxygen and medical air cylinders.

They are particularly well-suited for oxygen therapy due to their compact and lightweight design. The body is constructed from brass and aluminum, and it includes a calibrated orifices “dial” flowmeter with 10 preset medical gas flow options. The assembly is protected by a techno polymer shockproof shell. The operator can easily adjust the gas flow between the 10 possible preset options using a large ergonomic control knob with Soft Grip inserts. They are equipped with a preset overpressure safety valve and can be supplied with a terminal unit connected to the first stage chamber as an option. This feature enables the acquisition of an additional and distinct source of medical gas.input:
output:In accordance with the distinct reference standards of the destination countries, the inlet connection is available in a variety of configurations. Through a nipple that is equipped with two connection threads on each end, the outlet is easily and rapidly interchangeable. The operators can obtain two outlet thread options by reversing the nipple, contingent upon the necessary applications.

The pressure calibration of the individual stages is fixed, and a pressure gauge with easily readable colored sections enables continuous monitoring of the cylinder gas level, up to the minimum permissible level. The gauge is safeguarded from potential shocks during transport or use by a techno-polymer support and a protective silicone cover. Even when the regulator is mounted on cylinders with limited dimensions, the gauge’s tilted position facilitates reading.
