Optical Inspection System

TCI is a standalone machine that is fully automated and is specifically engineered to inspect pharmaceutical capsules and tablets. TCI is capable of achieving a high production throughput (up to 300,000 units per hour) and outstanding inspection accuracy (precision of up to 100 μm) as a result of Antares' most recent technological progress.input:

The products are sorted and conveyed to the appropriate path: Conform, Reject, Recheck, after the collected images are analyzed in real time.
