The oxygen concentration is measured by the zirconium dioxide sensor (ZrO2) of the MAT1400 throughout the entire measurement range of 0 to 100 volume percent. Particularly in the event of a very low concentration, it will achieve an exceptional level of accuracy of ±0.001 volume percent.
