Onscreen images of microscope-quality are generated by the SLIDEVIEW DX scanner. The objective of the system is to capture images with a high resolution and exceptional flatness by utilizing the same cutting-edge technology as our award-winning X Line™ series. The outcome is a complete slide image that is captured in full focus and is seamlessly stitched.

The SLIDEVIEW DX scanner employs our True Color high color rendering LED light source to ensure precise color reproduction, and images are displayed on a medical-grade display with automatic color calibration. This is essential for accurately displaying the colors of pathology stains.

The system's image management system was developed in conjunction with pathologists to ensure that the layout and functionality are intuitive for pathologists to comprehend. A virtual slide tray simulates the act of holding a physical slide in a holder, while simultaneously allowing the pathologist to take measurements and make annotations on the digital slides. The scanner's collaboration tools facilitate the secure sharing of slide images with other pathologists or experts for consultation purposes.

Designed for High-Intensity Laboratories
The SLIDEVIEW DX system's real-time autofocus and scan speed of over 80 slides per hour facilitate the rapid scanning of numerous slides. The system's rack allows users to effortlessly load their slides into the scanner. The controls are clearly organized on a large touch screen that is intended for use while standing. The user can initiate the run and then proceed to walk away with just a few clicks. The images can be viewed on the same large touch screen and sent directly to the pathologist with the single push of a button once the scan is complete.
