output:The SAFAS Xenius XL is a microplate reader for luminescence measurements that boasts the highest sensitivity and dynamic range available. It is the sole luminometer on the market that can be validated on certified and connected standards, which is a significant advancement for laboratories engaged in Quality Management. It is equipped with an ultra-high-speed photon counting photomultiplier (up to 140 Mcps) that is capable of single photon counting and has a very low cross-talking (approximately 10-6). Additionally, it boasts exceptional sensitivity. This luminometer achieves direct measurements of bioluminescence without the use of fiber optics (100% air technology), thereby maximizing energy throughput. It is capable of accommodating up to 15 injectors, which are self-priming and self-cleaning. Additionally, it includes two stainless steel/teflon needles in the measurement position. This luminometer is capable of capturing a spectrum of bioluminescence that extends to 1000 nm (optional). For example, the Xenius XL luminometer is scalable and can be further equipped with a monochromator for Absorbance, a second monochromator for Fluorescence, a cuvette holder for 10 cuvettes, polarizers, and other components.input:
