The modern and compact style of the NARDI COMPRESSORI range of DENTAL DRYERS is installed between the pump unit and the air tanks, ensuring clean and dry air. These dryers have been specifically designed to meet the demands of the DENTAL and MEDICAL markets.The NARDI desiccant dryers guarantee a clean air that is both odor-free and perfectly dry due to their exceptionally low dew point. The D400 single column desiccant dryer, the D600 double column dryer, and the M400 membrane dryer are all available in three different versions.input:
output:DRYER with a single column. The compressed air’s humidity is initially condensed by a cooling winding that is situated around the collecting unit. Subsequently, it is passed through a condensation separator and subsequently captured by the absorbing substance within the filtering cartridge. Once the compressor is deactivated, the condensation is eliminated. The regeneration phase is initiated when the compressed air in the collecting unit is dried and filtered, and it is passed counter-currently through the regeneration column until the total pressure is cleared. The duty cycle of 50% for 20 minutes has been discontinued in the DRYER 400.input:

The compressed air’s humidity will initially be condensed by a forced cooling radiator, followed by a floating condensation separator and eventually absorption by the filtering substance within the columns. The dehydrated and filtered compressed air is sent to the distribution line, while condensation is expelled in the regeneration phase in a second step. The tank is regenerated by passing a small quantity of dried air counter-currently.
