output:Waldenström PlentiPlex™ MYD88 The Lymphoma qPCR Assay is a semi-quantitative real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) assay that is designed for the in vitro diagnosis of the genomic DNA (gDNA) change that induces a leucine to proline mutation in codon 265 (L265P) of the Myeloid differentiation primary response 88 (MYD88).Samples will be collected from blood or Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue. The assay is employed in conjunction with real-time PCR systems, and samples can be prepared using automated platforms or manual workflows. The PlentiPlex™ MYD88 Waldenström Lymphoma qPCR Assay results are intended to facilitate the differentiation between Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma/Waldenström macroglobulinemia (LPL/WM) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma by identifying the presence of the MYD88 L265P.
