The Ohio Medical Oil-Less Rotary Scroll Compressed Air System is fully compliant with NFPA 99. The unit is comprised of an electrical control system, ASME air receiver, air-cooled aftercooler(s) with individual drains, inline intake air filters, air treatment module, interconnection copper/brass piping, and wiring, as well as electric motor-driven single-stage Oil-Less rotary scroll air compressor module(s). The components are designed for serviceability and are modularly assembled to accommodate the majority of existing doorways. The packaged unit is factory-tested before shipment and is covered by a 30-month warranty from the date of shipment or 24-month warranty from the date of start-up.input:
output:Compressor(s) with PTFE composite tip seals are capable of operating for 10,000 hours. The compressor bearings are serviceable and located externally to the compression chamber. Compressors with bearings that are not serviceable and have a limited lifespan are not accepted. An inline filter with a particle retention of 5 microns, an inlet isolation valve, and a flex connector are included in the inlet of each belt-driven compressor module. The compressor discharge piping comprises an air-cooled after cooler with a moisture separator and automatic drain, isolation valves, an ASME safety pressure relief valve, and a thermal malfunction shutdown device. Recirculation liquid control is interactive and requires a temperature sensor with a temperature range of 75°F to 90°F. A strainer and an isolation/flow regulation valve will be incorporated into each recirculation liquid line. The make-up water lines consist of a flexible connector, solenoid valve with manual priming valve, regulating valve, and strainer.
