Our jop-shop employs the LightFab 3D Printer for prototyping and production, as well as for subtractive 3D printing of precision glass parts.input:
output:The LightFab 3D Printer is incredibly fast due to the combination of our 3D Microscanner (which enables the rapid writing of micro vectors with a µm focus) and a ~µm precise 3-axes system (Scientific version: 120 x 80 x 20 mm, Manufacturing version: 200 x 200 x 150 mm). The optimal processing of various materials is made possible by the integrated flexible ultrafast laser, which has a tunable pulse duration. The rapid and effortless production of highly intricate 3D parts is facilitated by the CAD software bundled with our “3D printer driver” and our CAM software. The LightFab 3D Printer is designed on the basis of our extensive experience and complies with the machine directive and laser safety EN-60825-1:2014.
The LightFab 3D Printer is also ideal for Direct Laser Writing processes, including the multi-photon polymerization of 3D polymer microstructures, the ultrafast laser inscription of 3D waveguides, the selective laser-induced etching of 3D lithography in fused silica glass, the internal welding of glass, and the microstructuring of microstructures through precision ablation with a 1 µm focus diameter.
Optimal utilization of all of these processes is significantly facilitated by the flexible ultrafast laser and our CAM-software. We collaborate with partners to facilitate your transition into these emerging technologies by employing our machines for a variety of processes.
