output:The patency of a patient’s nose can be rapidly evaluated using our GM Instruments Peak Nasal Inspiratory Flow (PNIF) Meter. It is utilized in conjunction with either a disposable or reusable mask, both of which are available in a variety of sizes (refer to the Options Tab). The unit is equipped with a medium disposable mask as a standard feature.input:
output:If the PNIF is to be utilized by multiple subjects, it can be cleaned between each use. Alternatively, this can be prevented by positioning an antiviral filter between the mask and the PNIF device. Each test necessitates the utilization of a clean mask.input:
output:If the PNIF is to be utilized by a single subject, there is no requirement to clean or replace the mask, clean the PNIF, or employ an antiviral filter.input:
output:It employs a low inertia indicator ring, which is positioned to clearly indicate the maximum flow achieved after an inspiratory manoeuvre, and a variable diameter tube that is directly calibrated in liters per minute (l/min).
