We offer a variety of options for both manual and semi-automatic filling operations with our three types of big bag fillers: the BF-300, BBS-S, and BBS-D. Bag inflation and base compaction are among the features that optimize the available volume of the bag, resulting in a stable pack that mitigates the risk of spillage and product loss. By eliminating the impact of bag inflation on the final fill weight, the GEA range of big bag fillers guarantees reliable and accurate filling through the utilization of a distinctive top weighing system. GEA can offer solutions to export customers who require an extended shelf life for their products through the use of an inert gas packing option.



For producers with low throughput, the BF-300 is a low-cost, manual entry-level solution. With a straightforward design that includes a stainless steel support frame and filling system, this unit is effortless to operate and can be supplied with or without an integrated weighing system. A pallet must be placed on the filling platform by an operator. After the bag is filled, it is extracted from the filler using a pallet hoist. Small production throughput and applications that permit pallets in the clean room are among the intended applications.single operating station (manual)
