The operator is provided with the most comfortable working environment by the fluorescent tube, which illuminates the entire petri plate surface directly or indirectly at the touch of a button, ensuring a steady, no-glare, and quiet illumination. The number of counts can be registered to a maximum of four digits, i.e.,.9999, and displayed on a bright red LED. The magnifying glass can be positioned at a variety of angles during use due to the adjustable focusing arm. The focusing arm is also capable of accommodating lenses of varying sizes.

The Colony Counter 570 is capable of counting with any type of marking pen due to its intelligent counting technology. The beeper emits an audible signal to confirm entry each time a count is recorded.input:
