The performance and productivity of your blister packaging production are enhanced by this Blister Tube Feed System. This machine is appropriate for medium or high-speed Blister Packaging in both intermittent and continuous motion.
It is capable of simultaneously filling the entire index of the Blister Machine while the webbing remains stationary (for intermittent Blister Machine). For continuous motion Blister Machines, the Tube Feeder can also be operated in synchrony with the running webbing to fill the entire index by running reciprocally on the rail.
Blister feeding commences with the transfer of capsules or tablets into the hopper, which are subsequently expelled from the hopper by means of the linear vibratory conveyor.
The upper, middle, and lower trays are all part of the combo structure. It has the capacity to completely fill the index of the Blister Machine at once.
The upper tray is fed with capsules or tablets, which are raised and lowered by vibration to facilitate their entry into the tubes.
A sensor is located in the upper tray, which is capable of automatically monitoring the level of capsules or tablets. When the level is low, the sensor will notify the vibrator to transport additional capsules or tablets.
The capsule is regulated by the middle tray, which guarantees that only one capsule or tablet is transferred to the lower tray at a time.
A blister pocket is aligned with each tube in the lower tray. The capsule or tablet is discharged into the pocket when the webbing ceases.
