Large Size Medicine Ball

TheraBand® Soft Weights are isotonic weights that are hand-held and shaped like a ball. They are a soft alternative to traditional isotonic dumbbells, which offers users greater flexibility in their strength training and rehabilitation exercises. They are distinctive in that the ball's diameter of 4.5" remains constant as the weight increases, thereby enabling a consistent and functional grip. This enables the progression of exercises in either unilateral or bilateral fashion, either independently or in conjunction with a partner.

Soft Weights are available in six color-coded weights, ranging from tan (½ kg/1.1 lbs) to black (3 kg/6.6 lbs), and are designed to be used in conjunction with the TheraBand system of progressive exercise. The weights gradually increase in weight by 1/2 kg/1.1 lbs. Soft Weights are essential for the principles of progressive exercise, as they enable users to increase the weight in resistive training and rehabilitation programs without altering their grip or technique.
