The ultrasonic washer generates a high-frequency oscillation signal that is converted into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer. This oscillation is then transmitted to the ultrasonic medium-detergent.This process is referred to as the "cavitation" effect, as the ultrasound in the detergent emits sparse and dense forward radiation, causing the liquid to vibrate and generate tens of thousands of minute bubbles. These bubbles form and expand in the negative pressure zone through ultrasonic longitudinal propagation, and they rapidly close in the positive pressure zone.
