This kit generates primers and probes that are tailored to the highly conserved regions of monkeypox virus. The PCR reaction is conducted in the presence of genome templates of Monkeypox Virus in the reaction system, resulting in the release of a fluorescent signal. The qualitative assay of the test results is achieved by monitoring and outputting the signal intensity of the channel in real time using an instrument in the PCR process.
