output:To ensure a long service life and leak-proof performance, the ENDURO™ gel tanks are molded. The platinum electrodes, which are corrosion-resistant, are situated in cassettes to facilitate their replacement and safeguard them during cleaning. The lids are compatible with the gel boxes in only one direction. The condensed buffer is recycled and prevented from directly dripping onto the gel by a drip ring on the lid.

output:Casting gels for the ENDURO™ system are easily prepared. No tape is required; simply attach the rubber gates to the ends of the tray, position the comb, and pour the gel. The combs are secured in place by slots located on the sides of the gel trays. The teeth of the two-piece combs are engineered to be raised or lowered in order to adjust the depth of the well within the gel. The combs that are included are 1.5 mm in thickness. Combs of varying thicknesses are available for purchase separately. The combs and gates are removed after the gel has hardened, and the gel and tray are inserted into the gel box. In order to facilitate the visualization of wells, loading strips may be affixed to the base of the gel box. Gel trays are transparent to ultraviolet light.
